ADMISSION DOCUMENT

Two recent passport size photographs and one stamp size photograph of the student, his/her family photograph.

Birth Certificate

Original T.C/ Record sheet of the previous School attended (if applicable).

Original certificates of any Public/Board examinations already taken (if applicable)

If the candidate belongs to SC/St/BC, enclose the attested photocopy of the relevant certificate

Note: All the originals must be submitted for verification at time of admission.
